It's a community with a lot of energy with its own local vibe. About 14,000 people call it home, benefiting from the expansive amenities, including fitness and outdoor activities, nightlife, and restaurants.

Falls Church real estate is versatile. Variations of home values are based on location and the school district. It’s easy enough to find a beautiful single-family home in a traditional, small-town neighborhood. There are also townhomes, condos, and apartments in the area as well. Newer homes are present, but many seek out townhome-style living in this area so they can be close to it all.

Dining, Entertainment & Shopping

Finding a fantastic meal in Falls Church isn’t hard to do, though national chains are not the common option. Instead, fabulous local establishments like Yume Sushi and Dogwood Tavern are the ideal way to end the day with a comforting meal. These establishments provide exceptional quality – refined ingredients and innovative flavors. Dogwood Tavern offers upscale pub grub with live music throughout the week. Mission BBQ is another top spot for good, stick-to-your-bones food.

Dogfish Head is a fantastic place for good food, but it is really the craft brews that draw in many people to this location. For those looking for something refreshing, Solace Outpost is the ideal choice. Craft beers, laid-back pub food, and lots of TVs to make the experience lighthearted are always available.

It’s the ideal choice for those who wish to do some biking, running, or just take a dog for a walk. Cherry Hill Park is the crown jewel of the city's park system, with a play structure, grilling area, basketball court, and picnic areas.
